Snood Trademark Usage Policies

This guide will show you the proper use of Snood trademarks and logos.

The Snood Mark must be used as a stand-alone trademark to represent the brand of game(s) merchandise, characters, etc. used by the product.

The Snood Mark must always stand alone without other logos and trademarks associated with it. Only Snood product names may be used in conjunction with The Snood Mark.

When using a Snood trademark ("Snood Mark"), use the symbol, as indicated in the above example, on the most prominent (or if none is prominent, the first) appearance of a Snood Mark. Once marked, it is not normally necessary to mark subsequent appearances of the trademark in the piece. Every appearance of Snood Logos in stylized form should always appear with the appropriate symbol, and may be used only under license with Snood unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

When using a Snood Mark, never vary the spelling, add or delete hyphens, make one word two, or use a possessive or plural form of the Snood Mark. Snood word marks must always be used as adjectives followed by a generic term (such as "software" or "game"), and never as nouns or verbs.

Snood may from time to time modify the Snood Marks. Snood will use commercially reasonable efforts to give licensees advance notice of such modifications.

In order to assure compliance and quality of control, you will, upon request from Snood, provide samples of any marketing and advertising materials that include the Snood Marks.

In any place where they appear together, the Snood Marks and any associated text must be at least as large as the trademark and text of another vendor.

Snood, LLC and/or David M. Dobson is the owner of all right, title, and interest in the Snood Marks and Licensee agrees that it will not challenge the validity of Snood ownership of the Snood Marks. Licensees shall not reproduce or use (or authorize the reproduction or use of) the Snood Marks in any manner other than expressly authorized by Snood, LLC.
