Corrupt Files?
1. If you are an AOL user:

The web browser included with AOL sometimes compresses files differently than the way other browsers compress files. If you are getting "corrupt files" errors or having other trouble downloading the free Snood demo, then please click here for instructions or try using a different web browser by doing this:

A. Sign onto AOL the way you normally do.
B. Press the "Start" button on your task bar, then Programs, then Internet Explorer.
C. After Internet Explorer launches, go to http://www.snood.com/download and try again to download Snood.
D. If this doesn't work, then please send us an e-mail at responder@snood.com and we'll e-mail you a copy.

2. Not an AOL user:
It is likely that you were "timed out". Please try one more time. If that doesn't work, then we can try to e-mail you a copy of Snood. Please send us an e-mail at responder@snood.com. Please don't send us a Yahoo or Hotmail e-mail address though because the file is too big for free e-mail services.

3. Still having trouble?
Please contact us at responder@snood.com or call us at 818.999.9220 so we can help you. If you want us to send you a CD, then please send us an e-mail with your credit card information to responder@snood.com and for $5 we'll send you an unregistered CD ($20 for a registered CD). Or mail us a check, money order or $5 cash to SNOOD, 23679 Calabasas Road, Calabasas, CA 91302. Sorry, we can't send CDs outside of the US for this price.
